🖥️ Tele-Visit, Digital Delivery & Cancellation Policy

All strategy consultations, media evaluations, and technical system builds provided by AB Media Strategies are conducted and delivered strictly via secure tele-visit (virtual video conference) and digital transfer. Because our services are delivered 100% virtually, there is no physical product delivery, shipment, or fulfillment associated with your purchase.

To maintain the efficiency of our engineering and consulting pipelines, clients are required to attend their scheduled virtual sessions at the exact time of the appointment.

• Cancellations & No-Shows: If a client is a no-show, or fails to reschedule or cancel their appointment at least 24 hours in advance, the session is completely non-refundable.

Outside of these scheduling windows, all transactions remain final and strictly non-refundable once custom operational resources have been allocated or project integration work has commenced.
